RECURRING MERCHANDISE INVENTORY INVOICE TERMSREGULAR SHIPMENT: Recurring merchandise inventory invoices will be sent out on the 1st day of each month. Payments are due by the 15th day of each month. Bookmarks will be shipped on the 20th of each month after we receive your payment. Late payments will result in the delay of shipment.
Not on a recurring inventory payment plan? If our bookmarks are selling well in your store please consider having our product shipped on a monthly basis. 10 bookmarks is the minimum quantity amount for recurring merchandise inventory payment. HOLIDAY SHIPMENT: Inventory can be automatically increased the month prior to the holiday with an agreed upon quantity amount. i.e. Christmas/Kwanzaa bookmarks would be invoiced on November 1st. Payment due by November 15th. Merchandise would ship no later than November 20th. HOLIDAYS INCLUDED: Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, Valentine's Day and Black History Month. OTHER SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND INCREASING STANDARD ORDERS: We can also add more bookmarks to your order for other holidays, special occasions, book signings and events. You must email us before 1st of the previous month that you need bookmarks in order to receive them on time. i.e. Order by December 31st if you need to increase your order for the month of February.
